First I got a picture of Kawhi Leonard then I used the radial blur to blur the background.

First I got a picture of a bird coloring page. Then I filled it in with feathers, and then I filled the background with a gradient. -
First I drew the San Diego Soccer Club logo the team I play for, than I scanned it and I colored it in on photoshop.
